Job responsibilities:
1. Complete the prescribed experimental tasks according to project requirements, synthesize the target compound, and optimize the process.
2. Solve common problems that arise during experiments.
3. Complete literature review and experimental mapping, data analysis, and complete the prescribed experimental tasks according to project requirements.
4. Cooperate with researchers to complete necessary experimental preparation work.
5. Complete the experimental records clearly and completely, and write the experimental report.
6. Can safely and effectively perform common organic chemistry skills (extraction, recrystallization, column passing).
Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in chemistry related fields such as organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, and fine chemical engineering. Possess solid professional knowledge and research abilities, love research, fearlessly face challenges, and boldly innovate. Willing to devote oneself to pharmaceutical research and development, and contribute to the cause of human health.
